The facility provides not only a booking service, but also the facility to share documents (PDF or Word), publish your prices and allow online payments, update pupil progress with an online and printable progress report and more.

Auto Email & text message reminders

One of the key features of this facility is the automated process that sends emails, and optionally text messages, to pupils with forthcoming lessons. This can dramatically reduce the number of cancellations you have from pupils simply forgetting their lesson.

Just a quickie to say how fantastic you and the new on-line booking system are. I have been using it now for 3 weeks and so far I’m getting a new pupil each week just because they see how easy it is to set up their own driving lessons. The feed-back from all my pupils is great!

It’s so simple to use and get to be able to see when they can book their lessons themselves. Many have told me how great it is to be able to book lessons on-line as soon as they get their weekly rotas from work and how some even do it in their lunch breaks using their phones. I have even had two or three who have booked lessons in the early hours of the morning . Why anyone is thinking about driving lessons at such a time is beyond me.

I've had one young lady who says it’s a great alarm clock, when she gets her reminder sms at 7.30 in the morning. She tells me when she hears the ring on her phone she jumps out of bed, raring to go as she knows she has a driving lesson that day. But for the rest of the week she says it takes her forever to get up.
